Job Description

  • • Sorted and routed loan application documents by specific organizational categories, reducing document preparation time and streamlining the workflow for credit officers.
  • • Verified the completeness of borrower and guarantor documents (averaging 20–30 cases daily)
  • and systematically flagged missing items, supporting the credit approval process.
  • • Digitized and archived physical loan files using member ID naming conventions, improving document organization and searchability.
  • • Recorded and tracked document dispatch statuses in Excel using registered postal codes, enabling accurate
  • and traceable delivery updates.
  • • Cross-checked and updated member data (e.g., personal info, position) between the SO-AT database
  • and physical records, preventing data discrepancies prior to final processing.
