Job Description

  • - Enter employee information into the Tiger Soft system by verifying the accuracy and completeness of the data to ensure that the stored information is current and reliable.
  • - Accurately calculate employee salaries based on work and leave data to ensure that employees receive legally compliant compensation.
  • - Review employee shifts and overtime in the Payroll system to ensure that timekeeping records are accurate and error-free before submitting the information to the finance department.
  • - Collaborate with the HR team to manage documents related to payroll and employee benefits to promptly address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • - Regularly update information in the system to ensure that employee and payroll data is accurate and up-to-date at all times.
