Job Description

  • - End-to-End Store Management: Oversee the overall operations of the store, from sourcing raw materials and controlling production quality to providing front-of-house customer service.
  • - Inventory & Waste Management: Plan and forecast daily sales to order fresh ingredients (noodles, pork, dumpling wrappers) in alignment with sales needs, in order to reduce spoilage rates and control food costs.
  • - Quality & Hygiene Control: Supervise cleanliness standards within the store and food hygiene (Food Safety) in accordance with restaurant industry standards.
  • - Customer Service Excellence: Manage customer satisfaction on-site, effectively handle complaints, and resolve issues during peak hours.
  • - Sales & Marketing: Design promotions and manage delivery channels to expand the customer base and increase monthly sales.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Oversee construction site operations to ensure compliance with engineering drawings (Shop Drawings) and technical specifications for accuracy and safety.
  • - Inspect the quality of materials and work processes on-site (Work Inspection) to adhere to international standards and building regulations.
  • - Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and project owners to resolve site issues and minimize work redundancies.
  • - Plan and control project budgets (Budget Control), including the preparation of construction schedules (Master Schedule) to ensure project completion within the specified timeframe.
