Job Description

  • Registration for the receipt of official documents from the Women's Development Fund involves writing the registration number, date, from, to, and subject. This information is recorded in the women's receipt register. Financial documents for travel expenses of various districts participating in the OTOP product development project (Quadrant D) for the fiscal year 2026 are prepared. Meeting invitation documents are sent to other relevant offices before each meeting of the Women's Development Fund Steering Committee in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The DPIS system is used to input data on absences, leaves, and tardiness of civil servants in the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Community Development Office into the departmental human resources information system to record the dates of absences, leaves, and tardiness of personnel in the office. Assistance is provided in organizing meetings, capturing images during the meetings, and registering participants for the "Thai People Smile" market fair workshop in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Promotional media is created, including video clips edited for TikTok by the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Community Development Office, to support presentations during the OTOP KORAT agenda, which aims to deliver local wisdom and generate income for the community. Infographics are produced to publicize the job vacancy announcement for the position of General Affairs Manager at the Women's Development Fund, Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Community Development Office. The LM system is utilized to manage the Women's Development Fund, inputting data to check the status of individual debtors, such as verifying the accuracy of names, birth dates, addresses according to the house registration, and current addresses. This information must match the copies of the borrowers' identification cards in each group when submitting proposals for various projects under the Women's Development Fund, specifically for revolving fund types, and project records are properly entered into the LM system. Files are received and sent as assigned when there are files for signature or amendments from the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Community Development Office to the office of the Deputy Governor of Nakhon Ratchasima Province and to the Governor's office as instructed.
