Job Description

  • 1. Responsible for the renewal of visas and work permits for foreign workers under the MOU and for foreigners registered according to various Cabinet resolutions.
  • 2. Responsible for coordinating the import of MOU and registering foreigners according to Cabinet resolutions.
  • 3. Responsible for notifying foreigners of their employment, termination, 90-day reporting, and informing about their residence.
  • 4. Responsible for the documentation for social security registration and requesting tax identification numbers for foreign workers.
  • 5. Responsible for ensuring that the documents of foreign workers are always complete and compliant with legal requirements.
  • 6. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor and others.
