Job Description

  • 1. Manage and control the ISO document system across the organization (Document Control)
  • 2. Develop and enhance quality system documents such as WI, QP, SD, and KPI
  • 3. Monitor, analyze, and summarize KPI results for presentation to management
  • 4. Coordinate with all departments to drive work and systems in accordance with plans
  • 5. Organize organizational meetings, summarize reports, and follow up on Action Plans
  • 6. Plan and track tasks to completion according to the Timeline
  • 7. Improve work processes to reduce steps and increase efficiency
  • 8. Support management with data, reports, and decision-making
