• - Calculate production costs and various expenses of the factory
• - Link product BOM
• - Plan production schedules to meet deadlines
• - Calculate the quantity of raw materials and packaging required for production
• - Calculate the production time for each order
• - Summarize production reports weekly
• - Solve immediate problems when raw materials or packaging do not arrive as scheduled (with a work-switching plan to prevent employee downtime)
• - Inspect raw materials/packaging before use in the production process (QA)
• - Conduct random inspections of products before delivery to customers
• - Prepare Procedures (QP), write Work Instructions (WI), and create Forms for Work Record (FM)
• - Received GHPs HACCP Certificate
• - Prepare all documentation for GHPs HACCP certification
• - Received Certificate for internal quality monitoring of the GHPs HACCP system
• - Serve as Head Auditor for internal quality monitoring of the GHPs HACCP system
• - Serve as Head Auditee for annual external quality monitoring of GHPs HACCP
• - Coordinate with external agencies for water quality testing used in the production process/wastewater/ventilation system according to GHPs HACCP standards
• - Write Procedures for the GHPs HACCP system
• - Received ISO9001:2015 Certificate
• - Received Certificate for internal quality monitoring of the ISO9001:2015 system
• - Serve as Document Control Coordinator (DCC) for ISO9001:2015 certification
• - Serve as Quality Management Representative (QMR) preparing documents for ISO9001:2015 certification
• - Prepare documentation for ISO9001 audits annually
• - Serve as Head Auditor for internal quality monitoring of the ISO9001 system
• - Serve as Head Auditee for annual external quality monitoring of ISO9001
