Job Description

• - Closely manage customer service, taking orders from customers and communicating with the host to promptly relay orders to the kitchen.
• - Serve food to customers professionally while ensuring to refill drinks and inquire about additional needs from customers.
• - After customers have finished dining, prepare the bill and manage the cleaning of the table to maintain orderliness.
• - Sweep and wipe tables to prepare for the next customers, setting the table attractively.
• - Upon closing, clean utensils and water bottles, dust the sofas, and tidy up the areas where customers have seated to ensure the restaurant remains presentable at all times.

• - Receive products from the distribution center (DC) as ordered and organize them for sale in the store.
• - Arrange merchandise in the storefront to appear tidy and attractive to customers, thereby increasing sales opportunities.
• - Prepare beverages sold in the store, including serving drinks in the storefront area and providing delivery service, to ensure customers receive the best experience.
