Job Description

* Installed and configured POS systems (Hardware/Software) along with LAN/Wi-Fi network systems for 7-Eleven stores and branches in the project plan.
* Analyzed and resolved issues with POS equipment and IT devices, including repairs.
* Planned and executed preventive maintenance (PM) for POS equipment and in-store devices such as scanners, printers, hubs, and PDAs.
* Maintained and troubleshot vending machines, including product dispensing systems, cash handling systems, and replacement of parts (control boards, motors, belts).
