Job Description

  • - The Mediation and Dispute Resolution Unit is responsible for scheduling appointments for the parties involved to participate in the mediation process by coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure a smooth appointment.
  • - Verify the accuracy of documents related to the mediation process to ensure that the information is complete and complies with the requirements.
  • - The Public Service and Public Relations Unit is responsible for providing information and guidance to the public regarding the various services offered by the agency.
  • - Create and disseminate content related to services to enhance awareness and foster accurate understanding among the public.
  • - Monitor and respond to feedback from the public to improve services further and meet the needs of service users.
