Job Description

  • Comprehensive analysis and evaluation covering the following areas: Clinical Chemistry: Analyzed using the Beckman Coulter AU5800, performed daily IQC & Maintenance, and responsible for reporting Critical Values according to safety standards - Blood Bank & Donor Unit: Conducted ABO/Rh blood typing, Cross-matching, Antibody Screening, and possess skills in donor screening and blood collection (Donor Collection), including the preparation of blood components - Hematology & Microscopy: Analyzed CBC, Blood Smear, Urinalysis, and Parasitology (managed STAT and Routine cases systematically) - Pre-analytical Phase: Performed patient blood draws (Phlebotomy) and managed specimens according to laboratory standards.
