• 1.Updates with all information of hotel promotions.
• 2.Ensures the smooth running operation of the departments administrative functions.
• 3.Cooperates with all departments for smooth running operation.
• 4.Secretary to Director of Revenue may be called upon the undertake activities and to publicize hotels other than your own for specific projects and/or programs.
• 5.Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests.
• 6.Assists Director of Revenue and coordinates with all concerned regarding after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
• 7.Receives in the hotel any important guests whom he has approached.
• 8.Issues and confirms proposals in writing as a record as assigned by Director of Revenue.
• 9.Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by phone, fax or email.
• 10.Follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating with potential clients to show them our facilities.
• 11.Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requests.
• 12.Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by Director of Revenue and Sales Team.
• 13.Association with the contracted banqueting caterers, including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.
