Job Description

S’rin Project Pran Nok–Kanchanaphisek and S’rin Line 1 Project (project value approximately 60 million baht)
Responsible for quality control (QC) of engineering systems within the project, including electrical systems, plumbing systems, and air conditioning systems.
Conduct structural inspections, including verifying dimensions and installation of steel to ensure compliance with design and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, control, and monitor the progress of construction work to adhere to the plan.
Inspect and rectify defect items before handing over the houses to clients.
Manage post-sale repair work, such as cracks, air conditioning systems, and plumbing systems, while following up on the resolution until completion.
Conduct quality inspections of houses prior to handover (Pre-handover inspection) and accompany clients for house acceptance.
Prepare progress reports and work plans.
Adjust and oversee the construction of temporary structures, such as temporary bridges, to ensure safety and suitability for the worksite.
