Job Description

  • [Support & Admin Department]
  • Technical Support: Provide consultation and resolve issues related to the use of the ERP AX program and internal software to ensure business continuity.
  • Access Control Management: Oversee the access request system, manage users in the Active Directory (AD), and verify usage permissions (Role-based) in accordance with security standards.
  • User Consultation: Coordinate with various departments to analyze problems and propose targeted solutions.

  • Requirement Gathering: Prepare the User Requirements Specification (URS) document by collecting user needs to pass on to the development team.
  • Functional Specification: Review and create the Functional Specification (FS) document to confirm the accuracy of functions before testing begins.
  • Risk Management: Analyze system risks (Risk Assessment) to plan testing in critical business areas.
  • UAT Execution: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with users to ensure that the system operates correctly 100% before actual use.
