Job Description

  • - Data Verification and Accuracy (PIE): Record and verify airline flight data, including critical shipping documents (FFM, FWB, FHL) in detail to ensure 100% accuracy and prevent logistics errors.
  • - Flight System and Data Management: Manage and update essential flight information (Create/Edit Flight) and register cargo weight data (LR) to ensure the system is always ready for real-time operations.
  • - Logistics Preparation: Prepare preliminary air waybill data (Dummy AWB) to reduce redundancy in documentation processes and expedite cargo management.
  • - Cross-Department Coordination: Act as a central point for coordination among various departments, resolve on-site issues, and ensure that daily cargo operations run smoothly and efficiently.
