Job Description

  • During my internship, I was involved in the development of hybrid protein nuggets and burgers made from a combination of chicken meat and plant-based ingredients. My responsibilities included conducting research, performing market analysis, and determining the nutritional value of the products. I applied the findings to the product development process and gained valuable experience in troubleshooting issues that arose during development. In addition, I participated in sensory evaluation tests of various products and was involved in semi-industrial scale production processes for microbiological testing and prototype export. I also gained hands-on experience working in both laboratory and pilot kitchen settings. During my free time, I supported other team members and assisted with urgent tasks when necessary.
