Job Description

  • - Prepare and organize various materials and equipment to ensure that the team can carry out activities smoothly and without interruption.
  • - Systematically store and organize office supplies for easy access and to reduce search time.
  • - Procure necessary items and equipment as requested by the team, verifying the accuracy of the list and quantities to meet requirements.
  • - Regularly check stock levels and availability of materials and equipment to ensure sufficient supplies for operations at all times.
  • - Coordinate with suppliers for ordering and tracking the delivery status of equipment to ensure timely arrival of goods.
  • - Report any issues or inconveniences in equipment management to supervisors for prompt resolution.
