Job Description

  • Job Description:
  • Handle and assist customers during the pre-sales and post-sales processes by providing product information, answering inquiries, and resolving initial issues to ensure customers receive prompt and efficient service.
  • Prepare business documents such as Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Notes, commission documents, and expense reimbursement documents accurately and systematically.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, production department, quality control (QC) department, and logistics department to ensure a smooth workflow from order receipt to product delivery.
  • Plan and monitor product shipments, including coordinating with private transportation companies to resolve issues related to delayed deliveries or missing items.
  • Manage the online order system, from order receipt, data entry, stock verification, product preparation, to coordinating delivery.
  • Receive products from the factory while verifying the accuracy of product codes and quantities, and manage the transfer of goods between branches.
  • Oversee custom orders by creating initial designs and coordinating with engineers to detail specifications and estimate costs before presenting to customers.
  • Occasionally visit job sites to take actual measurements and gather information for projects requiring high precision.
  • Monitor project status and address immediate issues to ensure timely delivery of products.
