Job Description

• Every day, I conduct a "Walk The Store," which involves inspecting the overall condition of the station, from the front to the interior areas. This includes checking the logo signage around the station, promotional materials, and any damaged signage, as well as the fuel dispensers and the service provided by the staff at the front area, including their attire, which reflects the organization's image. I also ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the restrooms and address any malfunctioning equipment. Within the station, there is an Amazon store, and I must verify the readiness of the staff to comply with the standards set by the company. Additionally, I check the cleanliness of the Moo Ping booth, Gai Yang Jirapan, and the Cherry Tea shop, ensuring that each establishment operates under QSC standards to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• I oversee cash management for the Jiffy cashier, front area, Cherry Tea shop, Amazon store, Moo Ping booth, and Gai Yang Jirapan, including cash reconciliation and summarizing the credit amounts for each shift to report to the station manager daily.
• I provide support to employees by assisting in various areas, such as helping the fuel service staff at the front, aiding the cashier in Jiffy, and occasionally assisting the Amazon store in cases of staff shortages or absences.
