Job Description

  • - Received documents from the store and verified the accuracy of the signatures of the individuals certifying that they match the recorded signatures. If the signatures match, the documents will be printed to obtain the last four digits of the card number as provided by the store.
  • - Once the correct card number is obtained, the attached documents from the same store will be printed for convenience in verification.
  • - If the signatures do not match, it is necessary to check for a power of attorney. If available, the document will be printed.
  • - If there is no power of attorney, the documents must be rejected and returned to the store for correction.
