Job Description

  • Maintenace, Reliability & Utility Department, Report to Maintenace Manager, Sikhiu Plant.
  • 1. Managed 24/7 operations of Biogas and Water/Wastewater Treatment systems, including workforce, budget, and quality control.
  • 2. Oversaw treatment of water supply for production and utility boiler usage.
  • 3. Led IPS (Ingredion Performance System) initiatives to achieve KPI targets through RCA, FCA, FUP, and tier meetings.
  • 4. Ensured compliance with SOP/WI, safety rules, and food quality standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO14001, HALAL, KOSHER, NON-GMO).
  • 5. Coordinated cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, GTM) to support smooth plant operations.
  • 6. Directed problem-solving, process improvement, cost control, and wastewater treatment improvement for efficiency and sustainability.
  • 7. Controlled discharge during EIA compliance and strengthened CSR initiatives with the community.
  • 8. Conducted data analysis to solve issues in Biogas (UASB) and wastewater processes, ensuring safety and performance.

Job Description

  • EHS Department, Report to EHS Manager.
  • Responsibilities:
  • 1. System Operation & Maintenance Ensuring the wastewater treatment system operates efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
  • 2. Monitoring & Recording Regularly monitoring water quality, recording data, and maintaining logs of system performance.
  • 3. Compliance with Standards Ensuring that treated wastewater meets environmental standards before discharge.
  • 4. Reporting Submitting reports on wastewater treatment performance to relevant authorities as required by law.
  • 5. Emergency Response Taking appropriate action in case of system failure or environmental incidents to prevent pollution.
  • 6. Training & Awareness Staying updated on laws, regulations, and best practices for pollution control.
