Job Description :
- Compile various payment documents for management review
- Verify income and expense documents before submission to management
- Prepare payment vouchers and approval forms
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external units
- Record accounting entries
- Document receipts from various departments (checks, wire transfers)
- Reconcile accounts receivable upon payment receipt
- Monitor outstanding balances
- Negotiate debt collection in cases of late customer payments
- Prepare bank reconciliation reports
