Job Description

  • Conduct inspections and test construction materials, including trial mixes and steel - Coordinate with contractors, consulting engineers, and relevant departments to resolve construction issues, such as plan deviations and transportation delays - Prepare project documentation and reports, including daily reports, requests, contractor financial documents, and approval submissions - Manage contractor and team operations to ensure projects are completed according to plan and within budget - Prepare bar cut lists (BCL) and perform material quantity take-offs, including scaffolding calculations for construction works - Review and coordinate construction drawings with stakeholders to resolve issues and support continuous on-site operations
