Job Description

Maintenance: Conduct breakdown and preventive maintenance (PM) for production lines, control panels (MDB/DB), and electrical components (sensors, relays, magnetic devices). - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical systems, circuit breakers, and UPS systems to minimize downtime. - Installation: Oversee electrical wiring and equipment installation for new machinery and facility upgrades (high-bay lighting, power outlets, etc.). - System Testing: Assist in machinery relocation and commissioning of new systems according to technical layouts.

Machine Operation: Set up and monitor machinery in the preparation, packaging, and filling areas, including cup/pouch/carton packing machines, vacuum pump motors, and conveyor systems. - Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform routine maintenance such as lubricating X-lift bearings and conveyors, inspecting solenoid valves and sensors, and managing vacuum pump oil/filter changes. - Breakdown Repairs: Execute emergency repairs including replacing photoelectric sensors, conveyor bearings, solenoid valves, and cylinders. - Technical Support: Conduct component replacements (O-rings) and perform welding repairs for damaged or broken machine parts.
