1. Management & Leadership
- Planned annual IT operations and server/VMware upgrades to support increased usage.

- Supported automation warehouse system (HaiPick) by resetting/rebooting robots and managing remote control via WMS.
- Assisted in setting up network, POS, and CCTV systems for new branch openings nationwide.
