Job Description :
- Follow up on dash board (KYC, Deposit, Withdrawal status) - CRM - Solves any issues that clients and executives request. - Check the correctness of clients information. - Facebook Line OA admin - Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, Line OA providing accurate information about products, services, and policies. - Ensure that customers are satisfied with services, and follow up to ensure their needs are fully met. - Customer process training - Coordinate with Head Quarter Team. Listen to customer complaints, identify issues, and provide effective solutions or escalate the problem to higher authorities if necessary. - Work with other teams such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
