Job Description

Job Description

  • Collaborate with relevant parties to identify and define appropriate work scope. - Execute effective planning and scheduling to ensure readiness for maintenance tasks. - Conduct efficient SAP data collection and manage plant and equipment historical records. - Optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, special tools, and maintenance contract management. - Analyze historical equipment and maintenance data to enhance future work processes. - Adhere to Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) procedures in all activities. - Prepare data and conduct analysis to drive Maintenance KPIs for continuous performance improvement. - Compile and organize all necessary data for insurance purposes and for various internal and external audits. - Collect and coordinate the preparation of maintenance budgets. - Serve as the coordinator and focal point for SAP improvement initiatives. - Manage SAP master data, including equipment data and the preventive maintenance (PM) master plan.
