หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- จัดทำรายการบัญชีลูกหนี้/เจ้าหนี้
- ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้/บิลรายจ่าย
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ (ภพ.30) ภงด. 1, ภงด. 3, ภงด.53 และนำส่งสรรพากร
- จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่ายเช็ค (Cheque Voucher) เพื่อเสนอให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาตรวจสอบ
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารการจ่ายเงินให้เป็นไปตามรอบเวลาที่กำหนด
- ปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน
