- Responsible to deliver excellent customer service and provide the best solution to clients in the most effective and efficient way.
- To positively contribute communication and ensure teamwork is in order within the department.
- To handle live chats and emails with an agreed timeframe.
- Identify and assist client inquiries by providing the right solution/troubleshooting.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, able to work on weekends or public holidays.
