- Create winning strategy and implement actionable plan according to objectives and budget
- Provide strategic and practical advice to boost customer business' marketing efforts for current and new business, both internal departments and external vendors
- Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends, commercial opportunities and target needs with low resource high impact methodology
- Always develop skill of strategy, sales & marketing planning in tangible result Team leader for achieving goal on due date
- Monitor marketing projects and optimize results
