PCS and other entities in Thailand are currently going through an exciting HR Information Systems (HRIS) transformational journey that will deliver a strategic project of change, substantially enhancing how we operate our core processes through new and redesigned systems. OCS/PCSs culture of how we work together, use our processes and systems to support us, all will be substantially impacted. Most, if not all, of our 30,000 colleagues in Thailand will be impacted and as a result we require a robust change management approach and consequent execution.
We are looking for the right person who will take ownership of this work and see it through to delivery.
The primary responsibility will be to create and implement, based on HRIS’ communication strategy, a plan that maximises employee adoption and usage whilst minimising resistance. The communication officer navigates colleague complexities to develop colleague’ agreement level and improve knowledge capability.
This role will play a significant part in connecting with project and all colleagues in organization to accommodate them during the change. Being an active part of our practice communication with the aim of contributing team awareness and ready with change as well as improving team engagement.
1.3 Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role
• Analyse change impact and manage anticipated resistance
• Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
• Creation and delivery of communications strategy that is aligned with project plan and objectives
• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, videos, brochures, leaflets, posters, project newsletter or regular email bulletin.
• Compose and deliver exciting and engaging communications
• Manage a comprehensive internal communication that encompasses all levels of the organisations
• Plan and host engagement events
• Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form
• Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organisation
• Build robust communication schedules and control programmes
• Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly
• Monitor feedback and rate of adoption of agreed changes
