Ensure compliance with Customs laws, international trade regulations, AEO requirements, ISO standards, and internal policies while minimizing operational and compliance risks. Drive business growth by developing Customs Brokerage services, supporting sales activities, expanding customer relationships, and achieving revenue and gross profit targets. Lead, coach, and develop the Customs Brokerage team, establish performance objectives and KPIs, and promote a culture of operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Monitor operational performance, service quality, productivity, and profitability while implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance. Lead and manage all Customs Brokerage operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant customs clearance activities for import and export shipments in accordance with customs regulations and company standards.

Lead and manage Road Freight operations to ensure service quality, on-time delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, expand customer base, and achieve revenue and gross profit targets for the Road Freight business. Control transportation costs, fleet utilization, operational performance, and departmental profitability to maximize business results. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and strategic accounts while supporting commercial and business development activities. Lead, coach, and develop the Road Freight team, establish KPIs, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations, ISO standards, AEO requirements, safety policies, and company procedures.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with overseas partners, agents, and direct clients, especially in the Chinese market. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with internal operation teams to provide accurate quotations, routing solutions, and service proposals. Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with customers and overseas partners. Regularly communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and partners to support smooth business transactions. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights for strategic sales planning. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. Participate in overseas business trips, trade fairs, or networking events as required.

Cooperate with Oversea agents and customers by email or telephone. Visit existing customers and new potential customers. Issue quotations as customer requested including responding to oversea inquiries. Follow up the shipment and coordinate with internal with other section concerning until the job is completed. Monitor and follow up on new inquiries of new customers even coordinate with sales support and operation Receive complaints and solve the problem or present a solution as customer satisfaction. Report sales activities, monitor profit, and even check active customers every month. Develop, build, and maintain client relationships. Search for potential clients, and expand new customer base Ensure close relationships with customers in order to achieve/exceed sales targets. Update and customize the sales. Prepare and present commercial proposals to the market in line. Ensure all internal reporting is accurate and within the timeline. Other tasks as assigned.
