กำกับดูแลและนำทีมในการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจ (Business Requirement) จากผู้ใช้งานและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง วิเคราะห์ Pain Point ของกระบวนการทำงาน และแปลงความต้องการทางธุรกิจเป็นเอกสารสำหรับการพัฒนาระบบ เช่น BRD, FRD, Use Case และ User Story จัดลำดับความสำคัญของ Requirement ตามความสำคัญทางธุรกิจและเป้าหมายของโครงการ วิเคราะห์ Business Workflow และออกแบบกระบวนการทำงานใหม่ (To-Be Process) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน ทำ Gap Analysis ระหว่างระบบปัจจุบันและระบบที่ต้องการพัฒนา พร้อมเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุง ร่วมออกแบบ Solution และ Review System Design กับทีม System Analyst / Architect จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสาร Process Flow, Data Flow และ Business Rule สำหรับการพัฒนาระบบ บริหารและพัฒนาทีม Business Analyst รวมถึง Coaching และให้คำแนะนำในการวิเคราะห์ Requirement กำหนดมาตรฐานการทำงานของทีม BA เช่น Template, Framework และแนวทางการจัดทำเอกสาร ประสานงานกับ Project Manager, System Analyst, Developer, QA และ Stakeholder ในโครงการ นำเสนอ Requirement และ Solution ต่อผู้บริหารและผู้ใช้งานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ติดตามสถานะ Requirement, Issue และ Change Request ของโครงการ สนับสนุนและควบคุมการทดสอบระบบร่วมกับฝ่ายธุรกิจ (UAT) รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ Defect และประสานงานการแก้ไข วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของ Change Request และควบคุมการเปลี่ยนแปลง Requirement ไม่ให้กระทบ Timeline ของโครงการ พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานของทีม BA พร้อมนำ Best Practice เช่น Agile หรือ Lean มาประยุกต์ใช้

Analyze business requirements and translate them into system and reporting specifications Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions and dashboards (Oracle, SQL Server Reporting Services) Develop and maintain database objects (tables, stored procedures) and automate data processes using SSIS Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Collaborate with Business Users, Architects, and Development Teams to define and deliver data solutions Identify data-related issues and propose improvements to enhance system and reporting efficiency Ensure compliance with data governance, security, audit, and privacy standards Provide support, training, and technical guidance for reporting and data usage Participate in project planning and contribute to data strategy and solution design Review project documents such as Business Requirements, Project Initiation, and Scope Documents Support peer reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices Coordinate tasks and support junior team members when required
