Perform break-fix maintenance on servers, networking, and storage equipment Install, configure, and test hardware components within the data center environment Troubleshoot hardware, network, and connectivity issues in a timely manner Perform rack and stack installation of servers and network devices Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure system reliability Monitor infrastructure and respond promptly to alerts and incidents Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Method of Procedures (MOP) Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and security standards

Support day-to-day operations of data center facility infrastructure Conduct regular inspections of data center environments and critical systems Provide onsite support during scheduled maintenance and change activities Ensure facility systems operate in accordance with operational procedures Coordinate with data center providers and vendors on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance activities Review maintenance schedules and ensure minimal operational disruption Respond to facility-related incidents such as power failures, cooling issues, or alarms Maintain accurate documentation of facility operations, maintenance activities, and changes Provide operational updates on facility activities, maintenance, and changes

Monitor and support daily server delivery and deployment activities Escort and supervise vendors performing installation work in the data hall Inspect server installations including rack mounting, cabling, and labeling Verify hardware delivery against inventory and documentation Conduct data hall inspections to identify risks or irregularities Remote hands support and basic troubleshooting when required Maintain daily activity reports and deployment progress updates Ensure compliance with site safety and operational procedures Involves coordinating vendor activities
