หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job responsibilities:

Coordinate human resources plan;supervise human resource management.
Be responsible for human resources operations in the plant such as recruitment, employment, training program, labor relations, compensation & benefits.
Set up HR strategy and policy to be align with labor laws.
Coaching and training team in all HR relates.
Execute HR projects as assign by senior management and regional.
Working closely with senior management level in term of HR relates.
Qualifications:

Held at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relate fields.
A minimum of 10 years or working experience in a HR management position.
At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
Good command in English
Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff, major projects and business initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative management style.
Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Access.
Experienced in HR project would be advantage.
