หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Participating in our legal team handling court and arbitration cases;
- Advising the team and clients with respect to Thai law issues;
- Preparing pleadings and all kind of legal documents that our firm is assigned to work on;
- Preparing for examination and cross-examination of witnesses in both Thai and English;
- Conducting legal researches for cases that we handle;
- Working on corporate legal matters including M&A, capital market, contracts, business transactional matters;
- Translating (limited and only as necessary)

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- At least 1 year of legal experience preferred;
- Having good command in English;
- Showing enthusiasm to become a professional advocate (litigator), public prosecutor or judge;
- Interested to learn and work on corporate legal matters and M&A;
- Showing enthusiasm to learn from professional advocates in respect of substantive and procedural laws and litigation and M&A techniques
