หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Implement, install and support client for Property Management System(PMS) in Front Office Module
-Provide complete installation of PMS system, and all related system and equipment, included new related product that develop in future
- Preparing and conducting system training for customer
- Providing system and user support for customer
- Responsible for documenting systems
- Follow up technical issues with manager and customers to make sure technical issues have been responded
- Providing weekly report to manager
- Respond to any duty such as support assigned from time to time
- Develop products/services concepts
- Identify customer service and develop the service concept base on the product
- Participate in brainstorming sessions on support ideas/concepts and customer feedback
- Prepare and present sell-in/pitch maintenance contract
