Thailand Holiday Homes is seeking a hands-on Search Engine Optimization Manager who can manage our SEO development both in Thailand and other international local language sites.
You will be a self-starter who is driven with a passion for success for SEO, Social Media and Content Marketing.
This position will collaborate closely with editorial, audience development and production teams on day-to-day tasks. S/he must be able to multi-task, provide status reports and communicate any potential blockers, resource challenges, and/or changes in timelines.
The ideal candidate will have great verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English, stays on top of upcoming and in-progress tasks and industry trends.
You will also need to be able to identify content trends, sites of influence (personal traveller/holiday) to target with content and communicate to the editorial team content creation requirements.

This position will assist with management and optimization of a B2C villa rental website (similar to hotel website), landing pages for villas and content marketing.
• Work closely with editorial and production team to: ensure articles and content will be shown for specified search terms, collaborate with writers to develop keyword-targeted content, copy editing and reviewing written blurbs.
• Monitor and track reporting on traffic, rankings, conversions and off-page marketing initiatives.
• Provide on Page Optimization recommendations for META data, Headings, internal links, URLs, etc…
• Performs technical analysis, monitors, and reports on webmaster tool errors, sitemaps, and crawl issues.
• Optimise landing pages as needed
• Perform content distribution, partner development, and authority focus to engage relevant quality sites.
• Perform opportunity identification, backlink analysis, solicitation and optimization.
• Analyse new trends and makes quick decisions about how to translate new industry trends into workable solutions.
• Report, update & track the creation of technology related bugs and task requests in an online tool. Verify and quality checks all tasks and projects to meet business requirements.
• Perform keyword research and identify missed opportunities to target.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
• Min 3 + years’ experience in organic search; experience in executing SEO in house.
• Experience working with content management systems and enterprise tools a plus.
• Experience in Content Marketing
• Experience in creation of link bait and connecting with influencers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with marketing and IT staff in order to understand their needs and transform conversations into action as it applies to changes on the website.
• Knowledge of HTML required.
• Working knowledge with sitemaps, robots.txt, webmaster tools, Ad Words, competitive SEO tools are required.
• Knowledge and understanding of web analytics software’s (Google Analytics, webmaster tools). Raven tools or Moz a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data then executing accordingly in a timely way.
