หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Post advertisement in a variety sources.
- Screen/review online applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, - knowledge, ability and develop a short list of potential - candidates to forward to the HR managers.
- Coordinate & conduct applicant preliminary interviews (in person and/or on the phone)
- Coordinating interview with the hire manager and communicating company information and benefits.
- Reference and background check.
- Follow up the hire manager to reply feedback and report to HR manager.
- Inform result to candidates or contact party.
- Exceptional communicators and great negotiators with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with concerned party in the company to prepare computer, e-mail, working desk and Uniform etc.
- Orientation new employees.
- Determine and respect requirement timeline.
