หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• New Products in surface treatment including the chemical field.-Review the technical drawings of new products from provided by head quarter in Switzerland or customer require. -Design and prepare the process according to the drawing requirement with correctly specification. -Create the schedule by breakdown activities of new product. -Handle the new product evaluation and control. -Coordinate with concerned person / concerned team for required tests or process. -Monitor and follow up the activities to person who concern of process relate with new product. -Ensure the delivered of new products on plan without the quality issue. -Prepare a summary report of the new products: -Problem encountered / suggested improvements or suggestions. -Calculate the actual unit per hour. (UPH) and cost relatives. -Prepare the document concern for registration in ISO documentation system
• Quality / Technical issue.-Analysis the quality issue in production / customer complains such as CAR / NCR / NCL etc. and find the real root cause of problems for solve it. -Create the action plan / activities for corrective action and preventive action to not replete again. -Work with concern persons who are related on activities for quality improvement and implement. -Monitor and follow up the activities to achieve on plan as define the effectiveness after implement. -Revise and update the concerned document in ISO documentation system
• Process improvement project.-Review existing process for continue improvement. -Create the schedule of action plan / process improvement project. -Work with concern persons who are related on activities for process improvement projects and implement. -Monitor and follow up the activities to achieve on plan as define the effectiveness -Prepare and summary report of the process improvement projects: -Problem encountered / suggested improvements or suggestions. -Calculate the actual unit per hour. (UPH) and cost relatives. -Revise and update the document concern in ISO documentation system
• Production control.- Ensure plating production is correctly done according to monthly production plan. -Prepare solutions in relation with concerned production and present to superior. -Non-conforming product management when products have quality issues. -Keep the good condition of concerned machine, process, chemical and maintenance. -Defines and translates all concerned procedures, work instructions and report. -Review the actual / measuring UPH and standard time of active products. -Monitor and track those actual activities are completed on time and at a reasonable cost according to the defined schedule.
• Assignments-Other responsibilities according to the superior assignments.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering / chemistry / Industrial chemistry or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years in surface treatment field (Chemistry / Electrolytic plating / Electroless plating / Surface finishing)
• Strong analytical skills / Solid knowledge of surface treatment process and statical analysis.
• Able to communicate in English
• Understanding of technical drawings
• Able to use chemical measuring devices.
• Proficiency in computer and information technology skills such as MS Excel / Word / Power point / Outlook / MS Teams
• Proven ability to identify, evaluate and solve problems
