หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Engineering and Maintenance Management •Oversee daily production operations for lathing and CNC machining. •Coordinate manufacturing engineering activities including: -Process definition and feasibility studies -Cycle time, tooling, and process optimization •Ensure proper maintenance execution through: -Preventive and corrective maintenance planning -Maintenance documentation and standards -Spare parts and tooling availability • Ensure machine changeovers and setups are executed efficiently and correctly.
• Quality • Ensure consistent compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. •Establish, implement, and maintain all required quality and process documentation (AP, WI, RE, control plans, forms). • Ensure correct application of process controls, SPC, and quality standards by all team members. • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues (scrap, rework, deviations). • Achieve and sustain targets for yield, scrap rate, and process capability (Cp, Cpk). - Support audits (internal, customer, certification).
• Delivery •Ensure production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer demand and committed capacity. •Secure stable production flow and manage bottlenecks across decoletage and CNC processes. • Ensure accurate production forecasting in coordination with planning and sales. • Monitor and improve OEE, throughput, and adherence to production plans. -Lead escalation and recovery plans in case of delivery risks.
• Cost •Control and optimize manufacturing costs, including labor, tooling, consumables, and raw materials. • Improve productivity through cycle time optimization, tool life management, and waste reduction. • Manage inventory levels (raw material, WIP, tooling, spare parts) to ensure continuity at minimum cost. -Support quotation activities through accurate cost calculation and capacity evaluation. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, SMED, standard work).
• Communication •Act as technical and operational interface with: -Headquarters (Switzerland) -Suppliers -Hong Kong office -Customers, as required • Lead and participate in project and operational meetings. • Ensure effective communication between production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and planning teams. -Report on performance, risks, and improvement actions to management.
• People & Motivation •Lead, develop, and motivate the lathing production team (operators, technicians, engineers, supervisors). • Ensure adequate skills development through training plans and skills matrices. • Promote accountability, discipline, and ownership on the shop floor. • Ensure compliance with company rules, procedures, and work standards. • Build a strong team culture focused on performance, continuous improvement, and engagement.
• Safety •Ensure full compliance with company and legal safety regulations. •Implement and enforce safe working practices on all lathing and CNC equipment. • Promote a strong safety culture, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and corrective actions. • Ensure proper machine guarding, ergonomics, and 5S standards. - Ensure incident reporting and follow-up.
• Key Performance Indicators •Safety: accident rate, near-miss reporting •Quality: scrap rate, yield, Cp/Cpk, customer complaints • Cost: productivity, tooling cost, inventory value • Delivery: OTIF, adherence to plan, lead time -People: training coverage, absenteeism, engagement.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC or machining production, including proven experience in a production leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree , Technical apprenticeship in micro-mechanics or poly-mechanics, or an equivalent technical qualification, further training or certification is considered a plus
• General understanding of ERP system and CAD
• Planning and budgeting
• Leadership management, Strong, straightforward personality
• Background from machining manufacturing (CNC)
• Background in Decolletage is a plus
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Thai is a plus / willingness to learn the language
• German / French is a plus
