หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare periodic management reports (including monthly, quarterly rolling forecast, mid-term plan, annual budget, ad hoc, etc.) with variance analysis
• Tracking and analysis actual revenue, cost and margin versus plan of projects
• Analyst backlog & pipeline, and submit weekly update management including give precaution of any change/ risk of the number
• Monitoring pipeline information comparing between Sales & delivery group to achieve target
• Follow up Sales for invoice to ensure the revenue coming as planned
• Prepare timesheet report on monthly basis as utilization performance
• Monitoring project closure, review extend the project end date requested for approval process
• Review financial sheet related to BARs
• Monitoring project’s WIP and Cost Provision, unbilled, deferred revenue and give proper recommendation and report to management for consideration
• Support Project Control Officer to prepare project report and Balance sheet review in Monthly and Quarterly
• Support financial data to management per requested

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields preferable in Accounting, Finance.
• Computer literacy (SAP, Microsoft office, preferable on advance level in Excel)
• Good command of English
• Sense of Business Analysis with Strategic Thinking
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
