หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the candidate, with a focus on mass recruitment.
2. Running end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate with Advertisement website
- Searching for applications from any source
- Select CV and pre interview
- Reference check
- Employment contract assignment
- Conclude new staff to payroll
- Update man power in - out
- Updated par staff and make sure actual head count is an alignment with approved par staff for all department
- Weekly update on recruitment progress

Male - Female , age 30-40 years (Thai only).
Bachelor 's Degree in Human Resource Management and related filed.
At least 5 years experience in Recruitment Function.
Good knowledge of labor law is a plus.
Good interpersonal and communication skill , service -mined person.
Can communicate in English.
