Main Responsibilities:
•Summarize major requirements and drive the company to put out products and solutions that can meet medium to long term requirements of customers timely, and ensure continuous growth of the market.
• Develop work objectives, plans, and Key Message including news, exhibitions, forums, typical applications, and specific customer-focused materials for report
• Seek opportunities, take charge of the operation and management of sales projects, and coordinate and organize effective resources to guarantee the success of the projects and the collection of payments. (Operation and management of sales projects)
• Build and maintain the customer relationship platform for the account that the account manager is targeted for. (Customer relationship building)
• Steer customers' expectations, improve customer perception, and continuously improve customer satisfaction. (Customer satisfaction management)
• Identify transaction quality problems and risks existing in any LTC stages of projects that the account manager is responsible for, monitor and continuously improve the transaction quality, and realize business goals of projects. (Transaction quality improvement)
Main Requirement:
• Only Thai Citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Telecommunication/ Electrical/ Computer Science or related field of study, MBA preferred
• Minimum , whose serve for telecommunication operators. Preferred IT industry background
• Familiar with international trading, international law, business management principles, credit collection, finance management, bidding procedures etc.
• High achiever who is ambitious, energetic, independent, and able to work well in a fast changing environment
• Resourceful, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
