หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Responsible for business related period end activities which includes verifying financial data and providing financial analysis to facilitate business decision support. This includes the preparation of correct, timely and meaningful management information, analysis and performance on time.
2. Responsible to prepare yearly budget/budget analysis/comparison to ensure realistic budget been set accordingly within the specific timeline.
3. Responsible to ensure the completeness/accuracy of audit and tax filing as per schedule set
4. Responsible to ensure reconciliation for bank, inter company, suppliers, distributors AR tied to statement, accounting book and system.
5. Responsible to prepare cash flow projection and to monitor company’s cash position to ensure sufficient cash available to support operation needs from time to time.
6. Responsible to monitor a proper record on the company assets and work closely with Admin department to have the asset tagging in a monthly basis.
7. Responsible to ensure the accuracy in total monthly BV payout via MEC verification as per schedule set

Qualification:

• Possess Degree in Accountancy or Professional Accountancy Qualification
• Member of Federation of Accounting Professions under the Royal Patronage of his Majesty the King (FDA)

Experience:

• Possess at least 6 years experiences in accounting fields, experience in multi level marketing and audit is more advantage.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Possess coach skills on work technique, technical accounting and relevant supervisory skills.
• Familiar in accounting and tax principal & standard
• Familiar with computerized accounting system.
• Proficient in English and Thai.
• Ability to use Microsoft software ( Words, Excel advance level and Power Point )
