Responsibilities :-
• Providing support to Sales team and customers to develop customer’s satisfaction
• Handling related documents and process sales orders on a daily basis
• Coordinating with clients on the process normally over the phone
• Handling sales reports related to stock provision and stock reconciliations
• Setup new customers in ERP System and prepare quotations to customers
• Maintaining filing, keeping records and managing customer profiles
