หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1.) Communicate with key users to analyze and resolve issues
2.) Work on full implementation of applications
3.) Provide non-technical support during and after implementation is Live
4.) Design alternate options or walk-around solutions if there are application or system limitation
5.) Prepare manual and user training
6.) Design/create reports or queries
7.) Closely monitor progress of requests to support
8.) Establish positive relationships with customers, project team, and other key stakeholders

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

1.) Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in BIS, MIS, Business Computer, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or related fields.
2.) Good command of written and spoken English
3.) 2+ years in working with ERP as Consultant or User
4.) 2+ years of experience in SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
5.) Experience in business requirements analysis, business process design, system design and configuration, system testing, data migration, user training and go-live support
6.) Willing and eager to learn new things, from both a technical and a business perspective
7.) Ability to work in team and independently, self-motivated & result oriented
8.) Strong analytical, communication and people skills
9.) Positive attitude and respect for teamwork
10.) Effective written and verbal communication
