หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Walkthrough process with business owner to summary the requirement.
2. Analysis gap of AS-IS business process with propose the proper solution to improvement.
3. Briefing developer about scope of work including process design document generating.
4. Preparation test case scenario document, Execution UAT phase.
5. Execution implement phase with prepare material and training user.
6. Closed monitor in post implement phase, supporting when meet the issue by analysis root cause and
coordinate with developer team to provide interim and preventive action.
7. Measure the improvements efficiency and effectiveness with PDCA cycle.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
0 – 5 Years experience in Business Analyst (Finance)
Ability to present technical details to non- technical audiences and translate business requirements to
technical aspects to developer as well.
Good knowledge in Business Analyst/Project Management from pre-project until closing.
Background in IT solution provider company or RPA software is a plus.
Good initiative with strong logical and systematic thinking.
Self-organized, self-motivated and team player.
Proactive with can do attitude.
Good communication and believe in people.
