Company Overview
The first Chinese construction machinery company to be listed on both Shenzhen and Hong Kong stock exchanges. At present, the company is actively promoting strategic transformation, aiming to build a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise integrating engineering machinery, agricultural machinery and financial services.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on all kinds of legal documents both in Thai and English.
- Providing legal opinions and memos regarding legal issues in Thailand.
- Leading debt collection legal actions and advising the debt collection team on legal issues.
- Acting on behalf the company in arbitration or litigation proceedings to respond and attend the panel/court if necessary.
- Coping with issues on Corporate matters.
- Communicating with and reporting to senior management and legal department of headquarters.
- Translating complex legal topics into short and easy to understand legal analysis and recommendations.
- Selecting, managing, and supervising external lawyers to ensure high quality of external legal support in an effectively and efficiently manner, including cost-efficiency.
- Providing ongoing legal support and performing risk control duties to business activities and operating affiliates with respect to various general operating matters, such as commercial disputes, financial leasing regulatory matters, controllership, company secretarial duties, compliance reviews, trainings and other issues affecting the business.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Bachelor degree or above in law from reputable law schools, overseas degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of working experience as an in-house legal counsel or lawyer in Thailand.
- Knowledge of areas of laws of construction equipment and financial leasing is a plus.
- Lawyer license (ใบอนุญาตให้เป็นทนายความ) is compulsorily required; Ordinary member of Thai Bar (สมาชิกสามัญเนติบัณฑิต) and notary public (ทนายรับรองเอกสาร) are optional and favorable.
- Proficient in written and spoken legal English (TOEIC score 600 up is a preferred), knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
