หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Join Sales Visits to discover new or potential customers and maintain existing customers
• Make Telemarketing Calls to customers to introduce our services
• Support Quotation and Negotiation with customers Assist & secure with Bidding business including Japanese and global accounts Gather Market Information regarding pricing, services, and trends for new business strategies
• Monitor Weekly Booking and secure the booking when the booking is decreasing
• Monitor contract-based shipments and check nominated shipping volume
• Share promotional rates and services with customers to increase spot shipments (one-time or monthly shipments)
• Handle Customer Requests and Issues
• Build Relationships with Key Thai Customers in Japanese companies
• Coordinate or Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth support for customers.

• Male or Female age not over 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Marketing and related fields.
• Experience in shipping industry 3-5 years are advantage
• Service minded, self motivated, responsible and good interpersonal skill.
• Good command in written/ spoken English.
• Have an own car and driving license.
• Computer Skill of MS office(Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)and E-mail.
